Cool

Isn't Anthony the picture of cool, with his shades on and doing his fist bump?

He really didn't want to keep them on.
The kids thought it was fun to see how the glasses fit on Anthony.
Maggie created a forest fire for the fire truck to come fix. See the paper fire between all the trees? Kinda made me worry when I realized my child might be a closet pyromaniac, but seeing that she was creating work for the fire crew made me worry a little less....
Since being home again, I've been cleaning EVERY DAY.
Still taking bags and bags of trash out, overflowing our garbage can the day after collection, and now our trailer is full and ready for the dump too.
I'm not even close to being done either!
Last week, Andy cleaned the stove and made cookies while I worked on the nook.
The nook is going to be an organized mess of a room for now. The filing and crafty things are on the left, Josh's rock tumbler in the center, and the buffet on the right will hold hair styling things. We're going to put a large mirror on the right wall, so the girls (and Daniel) can use the nook kind of like a vanity area. Our bathroom is just too small to have it all set up, plus if someone's doing their hair, no one is willing to use the downstairs bathroom unless it's a DIRE emergency. So, this way, we'll have a safe place for heated hair appliances.
Kelly's class at church made masquerade masks for their activity last week.
I promised Josh that if it snowed, we could have a fire.
Anthony was fascinated by it.
The day after our fire, it was so cold outside, that we woke up to this 63 degree reading INSIDE the house. It was so cold!
We blocked the drafty seams of the doors with blankets, closed the curtains, and kept a fire going all day.
This is how Anthony watches movies so I can shower knowing he won't be getting into anything.
We went over to Seattle this weekend for the Ronald McDonald Hockey Challenge.
Anthony was the main poster boy for the big fundraiser, and got to drop the puck.
I'll have a new post about that soon, with lots of pictures.
The night we arrived, we stayed at Nana's.
Andy was able to install her new shades.
