I was able to participate in our local Make a Difference Day 2014!
People donated to my hospital kits, and I was impressed with how many people saw the project in the paper, then went and bought items specifically for me to include in the kits.
Very cool!
Anthony found one of our Santa hats and wore it everywhere!
He would wear it in the store too...this was in October.
Brushing teeth is always more fun when you sit in a bucket.
I was posting on FB about how many groceries we buy each month.
This was our main grocery receipt.
It did not include our Costco receipt that was half as long and probably twice as much!
Lilly is really good at doing hair.
So, we decided we'd let her learn how to cut mens hair on Andy.
She tried doing it how I cut Anthony's.
(Anthony can't handle going to the hair dresser and can't handle clippers, so I have to cut his hair by hand while he sits on the toilet. 30 minutes of pure torture for him, poor boy)
There were some areas that were pretty short, so we went and got some clippers for her to learn how to do a shorter buzz cut.
I don't think Andy's had hair so short before!
But, it's good experience for Lilly.
We had our first snowfall and it made traffic insane!
I almost lost control at 10mph, so we had to get snow tires.
Expensive, but when we have to worry about getting to Seattle safely with a sick child, yhou have to do it.
We like to have missionaries over a lot.
Elder Baird and Elder Snow hung out with us a lot while they were in our area. :)
