Second Part of the Bliss Before Our Crazy Fall Season

So, Lilly announced at the beginning of the summer that she and Danny were expecting.
Lilly's due date was December 14.
I was in denial about being a grandma so young...
Finally, in September, I accepted it.
It was still garage sale season, and I picked up a couple outfits.
Hadn't bought PINK stuff in a long time.  :)

Our front room was actually clean!

Earlier in the year, we had the HUGE sycamore tree in the back yard cut down.
In September, we had the maple trimmed back.
This was just some of the branches waiting in the front yard, to be chipped.

There was a kids night for hockey.  Anthony loved being by the ice.

Showing off how brave he could be, to be that close to the huge blow up Wolf.

Oh no!  The wolf was eating Andy!

I was THRILLED that Anthony was invited to go on a field trip with the class he's in for 15 minutes a day.
He has not been invited to attend or go with any classes on a field trip since pre-school FIVE years ago.
Anthony just wants to be with all the kids.

He was just so excited!0

Cold lunches don't do well for Anthony.
We lucked out that they had a hot dog kind of stand there.

Hard to see in this dark picture, but the trimmed tree is to the right.
It doesn't look trimmed because it's framed by the neighbor trees.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KELLY!

Maggie ran so great all season!

Anthony taking Lilly's shoes off for her.
She was having a hard time bending over.
I think she was about 26 weeks here.

Uncle Walt had surgery on his leg and we got to go clean his windows!
Uncle Walt and Aunt Effie liked being able to see out again.

The view from his hospital room.

Lilly cutting Andy's hair.
...may the day before all the excitement...

Lilly and I both were nesting, which was kind of weird because she wasn't that far along.
I had this vision in my head of what Amaya's quilt needed to look like.
I don't know where the vision came from.
For some reason, I felt like I HAD to get the fabric that day.

Visiting the tree house in the dentist office.
