A Lot of Illness

I had a picture file on the computer that I'm not sure if I've posted these pictures or not.

 Another sick day, cuddling next to Daddy.

 Around this time, if we put a couch cushion on Anthony's bed, he'd be at a safe enough angle to have better oxygen.

 No tears shampoo does cause tears when someone dumps pretty much an entire bottle in bath water...

 Snow!  On the way back from a Seattle appointment.

Horse Therapy and a Quilt

Anthony enjoyed his equine therapy during the spring.

 Anthony's so unpredictable, it really does take that many adults to make sure he's safe.

 Sick day

 I finally finished Josh's quilt about 15 months after I meant to give it to him...

But, it's soft and cozy, and has flannel on the back.

It took so long because I wanted to machine-quilt it.

I didn't take the class like I planned, and didn't want to ruin the quilt, so I ended up just tying it.

Cleaning Teeth Under Cars

The teenagers went ice skating.

Anthony doesn't like to watch as much now, but he'll still do it.

Anthony discovered one of our blog books one day.

He just pored through the pages from his Make a Wish trip to Florida.

 Our dentist for Anthony is wonderful!

They have a tv on the ceiling and they always play Cars for him.

That makes Anthony cooperate really well.

Car Wash and Looking Good

The girls have fun styling each others' hair.

Maggie's hair holds style really well.

It curls, straightens, waves from crimper or braids, and it braids.

We were given a car wash coupon when we got our oil changed.

Anthony was reaching for the scrubbers while holding his fries safe.

It was fun, but didn't clean the minivan very well.

 Anthony likes to run to his dresser, grab the clothes of his choosing, then strip and change.

He wanted to be Hotel Transylvania Dracula AND still wear his SpiderMan pajama pants.

Chocolates, apnea, and getting ready for spring

Anthony had another appointment with the lung specialist.

We discussed the sleep study results, which were what I already knew.

Anthony has sleep apnea.  His numbers were pretty high.

With an adult, if the number is 5, they get concerned.  

Anthony's was 26 or something like that.  Really high and severe apnea.

When we visit the satellite clinic for Children's, Anthony likes to play at this table and chairs.

Kelly received a box of Godiva chocolates, with a nice graduation/pageant gift inside.

We all enjoyed the chocolates.

 It was a pretty mild winter and early spring, so Andy took Anthony out on a ride.  :)

Anthony went through a long phase of clearing the pantry out the way he thinks it should be.

He still does this now (in November!).

A couple weeks ago, I cleaned out the pantry and organized it.

Sure enough, within minutes of Anthony discovering the cleaned area, he took everything out and made it disorganized again.

This is so frustrating because I throw away dented cans.  We can't take the risk of having dangerous food.

The older children helped get the side yard ready for spring.

 Maggie was working on lopping down most of the bush/hedge thing by her window.
