 Lilly turned 13~!!

 Anthony tried to call Nana one evening.

 Maggie got her ears pierced.

At Activity Days, Maggie worked on a top-secret project.

That evening, she said to go to my room and look.

The different beads she found in our sewing room were spelled out "I love u Mom."

There was a small note below that said to turn around and look.

She hurriedly closed my bedroom door so I could see the treats there.  :)

Christmas 2012

This is the beautiful tree that was the indirect cause of my back injury in December.

We went up to the mountain like we do, to find a Christmas tree.

Everyone was very cold and miserable.

When Andy and the older children finally found a tree, it ended up being that I needed to carry Anthony back down the mountain.  I only got him halfway and had to have someone else carry him.

My back was hurt, and it did not get better until a few months later, with physical therapy.

Beautiful tree though!

 My redheaded angel looks like Merida from the movie "Brave."

 We went to a Christmas party and Maggie got her face painted.

Sword versus Nerf

One of the childrens' favorite activities for Sunday is having Nerf wars downstairs.  They turn all the lights off and spend hours getting each other with their Nerf weapons.  :)
