Marbles and Parades

We were waiting for one of the Apple Blossom parades to start.
Kelly was excited that I brought stuff to do, so she started chalking the road in front of us.

As a Make-A-Wish kid, Anthony was invited to drop the marble for a world record-breaking marble run in Wenatchee.  The only problem was that the class or club that made the awesome marble run, made it out of elephant dung paper.  A very thick paper...which is sensitive to moisture and absorbs it.  With a lot of people in the gym, it didn't work.
There were only 3 chances for it to work, or be considered a failure.  The first 2 failed.
After everyone left (and all that breathing moisture, in my opinion), it worked!

We made these easy skirts from a Pinterest idea.

Josh wanted to get in on the picture action...

Me holding a happy Anthony.
Happy because he has bacon.  :)
One of the children made this tower.
Anthony likes to play with the pieces, and started stacking them once in a while.
But, when the older ones make a tower, Anthony makes it crash.
