Survivor

We went to Deception Falls on our way to Seattle this week.

All the mountain rivers, waterfalls, and other water things were RAGING with so much runoff from this wild winter.

Anthony (connected to his antibiotic IV) laying next to Andy, while Andy was faking sleeping.

Having fun eating chips out of Nana's tupperware containers.

The night before, he had 5x this amount of tupperware EVERYWHERE.

Nana's house is fun. :)

Watching a movie on his DVD player.

This summer, I've been having the children do 2 1/2 hours of something educational, playing outside, or something productive, plus 5 minutes to do their chore, 5 minutes for a community chore (clean outside, etc.), and THEN they can do screeens for 3 hours.

Josh has been liking creating things.

Today it was Jenga buildings.

In the background you can see some tessalation pictures.

That was the creative thing they did the first day of summer break.

Tonight, Andy had a daddy/daughter date with the girls.

They were doing a pinewood derby.

Maggie came in 14th (next to last), and Lilly "was first...with another 1 (11th)."
They had fun making and decorating their cars though. :)

Tonight was Anthony's first Relay for Life.

I had him in his bubble (don't worry, there are mesh vents).

Anthony, Daniel, Josh, and I walked the first, honorary survivor lap.
