2014 Epic Road Trip -- August 2

FAMILY REUNION TIME!!!

George, Andy, Janice, Isaac, Sam, Richard
Anthony grabbed Andy's toothbrush, I think.
He has a thing with brushing his teeth, and will use anyone's toothbrush to do it.
I always throw away the ones he finds, so we go through a lot of toothbrushes.
Gross.
 Sarah, Maggie, Janice, Naomi
Grace played a lot of music on the piano.
Later in the morning, we went to the Montgomery Museum of the Fine Arts.
We went for the Children's Touching Museum portion, but got to see some pretty neat art too.

 Anthony and Lilly upstairs
Anthony loved watching cousins and other people racing cars in this display.
They only had to push a button to make the cars go, but he didn't want to do it.
Watching is still fun though.
I love this tile wall quilt!
Anthony and Joseph had so much fun with the negative projector.
They did motions for at least 1/2 hour.
Gary playing with the vintage phone.

We hadn't tried Krystal's or White Castle foods before.
Evidently Krystal's is THE place to eat in the South.
So, Uncle Gary treated EVERYONE to Krystal's.
We filled more than half the restaurant, and had their signature sandwich, the slider.
While waiting, Anthony was trying to take over and re-program Aunt Michele's iphone.
 They were good!
 Scripture time!
 Anthony sitting with Grandpa.
 ...and with Uncle Gary.
He associates root beer with Uncle Gary now.
We had a bottle of it for floats after we got home, and Anthony was doing the sign for Uncle Gary.
 our well-used map
We consulted this several times a day, every day, for 4 weeks.
 S'mores on the grill.
 Sam and Michele

We had so much fun with the cousins and aunts and uncles, and Grandpa!
